To forward the e-mail as an attachment, right click on the e-mail and select 'Forward as Attachment'. If your e-mail program does not have this option, please e-mail our Technical Support Department at, with the version of your e-mail program for exact directions.

Socket will review the spam message and attempt to incorporate it to improve the system as a whole by watching trends in problems that affect many of our users.

To change Socket's Spam Filter level, on your account log on with your username and password to Socket's Spam Storage Center at or call our office at 1-800-762-5383.
